Terms and conditions

After your confirmation we will take a 20% deposit from your card provided.

The rest will be due directly the day of your boat tour.

Cancellation policy

Free cancellation is until 10 days prior your boat tour date.

Any cancellation received within 10 days will result in the loss of the deposit.

If we receive the cancellation the same day or 24 hours prior your boat tour date, the full amount (100%) will be taken from your card provided.

In case of bad weather will be responsibility of our company to cancel or reschedule (if possible) the tour.

If cancelled, a total refund of the deposit will be provided.
