Inhabited since Roman times, the islet has always exercised its charm on important figures from history and entertainment who have made it their home: from Leonide Massine, the Russian choreographer and dancer to Rudolf Nureyev. Set in unspoiled nature, the archipelago is located in the protected area of Punta Campanella and a dip in its crystal clear waters is truly a gift for sea lovers.<\/p>\n<p>Then we continue our navigation to Amalfi, the \u201ccapital\u201d of the Amalfi Coast to which it gives its name, declared a World Heritage Site by Unesco in 1997. The Amalfi Coast is exceptional and extends in all its dazzling beauty like a platform suspended between the intense cobalt blue sea and the last slopes of the Lattari Mountains, that stretch into the sea with countless terraces planted with citrus and olive trees, coves, beaches and beautiful caves.
