Update effective July 8, 2026.<\/strong><\/p>\n For bookings received after July 8, 2026, cancellation is free up to 48 hours before the boat tour date. For bookings made on or before July 8, 2026, cancellation policies remain unchanged; therefore, cancellation is free up to 30 days before the boat tour date.<\/p>\n For bookings received after July 8, 2026, any cancellation made within 48 hours will result in the loss of the deposit. For bookings received before July 8, 2026, any cancellation made within 30 days will result in the loss of the deposit.<\/p>\n From July 8, 2026, if a cancellation is notified on the day of the boat excursion or within 48 hours prior to it, the full amount (100%) will be charged to the card provided. For bookings received on or before July 8, 2026, the cancellation policies remain unchanged; therefore, if a cancellation is notified on the day of the boat excursion or within 10 days prior to it, the full amount (100%) will be charged to the card provided.<\/p>\n
